Amy Carnevale for MassGOP
Chair
Dear Republican Colleagues and Committee Members,

I hope you all had the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful Thanksgiving weekend surrounded by family and friends.

As we reflect on the past year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your dedication and hard work. Election years are demanding, often requiring us to sacrifice precious time with our loved ones. Your generosity of time and commitment to our shared mission have made all the difference.

This year, our collective efforts were not in vain. Together, we achieved historic victories: Republicans secured control of the U.S. House and Senate, President Donald Trump was re-elected, and we celebrated a night of unprecedented success here in Massachusetts.

The MassGOP spent much of 2024 preparing for these moments, and I’m proud of what we accomplished. Electing Republicans in Massachusetts is no small task, but the results of this election prove that our persistence, strategy, and unity can overcome the challenges we face. After everything our party has endured in recent years, I sense a renewed optimism among us—and Massachusetts has taken notice.

It’s this optimism that inspires me to continue leading our party toward even greater victories in 2026. That is why I am humbly asking for your support as I seek re-election as Chair of the Massachusetts Republican Party in January.

I am deeply honored to have already received public endorsements from a majority of our Republican State Committee Members, whose names are displayed on my website, AmyCarnevale.com. Over the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting with many more of you to discuss our shared vision for the future and earn your trust and support.

Together, we achieved incredible milestones this past election cycle:

-
We protected every single incumbent Republican—a feat not accomplished since 2016.
-
We flipped three Democrat-held seats, including one occupied by a top deputy to Speaker Ron Mariano.
-
We successfully defended Republican seats in the House, with standout campaigns like those of John Gaskey and Michael Chaisson.

These victories were made possible by teamwork:

-
Working with National Committeeman Brad Wyatt, we secured early voter data for the first time in state history.
-
Minority Leaders Brad Jones and Bruce Tarr, alongside former Lt. Governor Karyn Polito, provided crucial financial support that helped secure razor-thin victories.
-
Under National Committeewoman Janet Fogarty and Sheriff Tom Hodgson, Massachusetts ranked 4th nationally in phone banking for President Trump, with calls supporting both his campaign and local candidates.

I am immensely proud of these results, but even more so of the people who made them possible. From our staff, members of the State Committee, RTCs and volunteers, we united to achieve something truly remarkable.
Beyond election victories, we’ve made tremendous strides in strengthening the foundation of our party:

-
Resolving legacy lawsuits and reducing our inherited debt.
-
Achieving compliance with federal and state auditing requirements.
-
Laying the groundwork for outreach to new coalitions.
-
Cementing a strong presence in the Massachusetts media landscape.
-
Persuading the public narrative on key issues.

These efforts have positioned us to succeed not only in the upcoming municipal elections but also as we look ahead to 2026.

I hope to continue earning your support and trust as we build on this momentum together. Thank you for all that you do to advance our shared cause.

With gratitude and determination,
Amy Carnevale
